Southeast Asia Smart Park Project Delivered, Construction Period Reduced By 50%

Publish Time: 2025-06-27

The first batch of 200 micro-module cabinets were delivered for the Jakarta Smart Park project of Surbana Jurong, Singapore. The project requires the cabinets to adapt to high temperature and high humidity environments, support rapid deployment and intelligent electric control management. Shenzhen's exquisite cabinets, through pre-installed structural design and dynamic heat dissipation system, can complete the installation of 10 cabinet groups on site in one day, shortening the construction period by 50%59 compared with traditional solutions.

Technical adaptation highlights:

Environmental reinforcement design: The cabinet body adopts nano-coating technology, and the salt spray corrosion resistance is increased by 3 times (actually measured in Indonesian coastal conditions).

Intelligent electric control integration: Compatible with international brand PDUs such as Schneider and Eaton, current fluctuations respond in seconds, and power-off protection delay is <0.1 seconds.

Space reuse technology: Supports embedded liquid cooling pipelines in 42U standard cabinets, and reserves 30kW heat dissipation upgrade interface510.

Customer value:

This project is the first batch of data facilities in Southeast Asia to pass UL 2416 certification, with PUE reduced to 1.28 (measured in tropical monsoon climate), saving more than $250,000 in electricity costs per year9.

Industry trends:

The demand for micro-module cabinets in Southeast Asia will grow by 45% in 2025, with Indonesia and Vietnam accounting for more than 60%5.

Shenzhen Exquisite Cabinet has started the construction of the Thailand supply chain center, and will support localized customized delivery in Southeast Asia in Q4 2025.
