DJI Shenzhen's new generation autonomous driving R&D base welcomes the delivery of core computing equipment. The first batch of A100 training clusters equipped with exquisite cabinets arrived at Guangming Park by anti-magnetic special vehicles. The electromagnetic shielding coating (up to 80dB attenuation value) on the surface of the cabinets in special packaging is intact.


This batch of equipment needs to meet 7×24 hours of high-load computing. The three-channel independent air duct design of the exquisite cabinet increases the cabinet's heat dissipation efficiency by 40%, accurately matching the dense deployment of GPUs, its patented shock-absorbing foot pads successfully resolve high-frequency vibrations during transportation, ensuring zero deviation in precision sensor calibration data.


The value of the cabinet is further highlighted during the deployment phase:


Intelligent operation and maintenance: IoT sensors pre-installed on the cabinet top monitor the microenvironment in real time, linking DJI's self-developed "Skylark" control platform


Agile expansion: Modular side panels support hot-swappable NVMe storage pools to meet the daily 300TB incremental demand for aerial survey data


Space optimization: The 42U cabinet depth is compressed to 1000mm, freeing up 20% of laboratory space for the flight control simulation area


After the project is put into use, the collaborative computing power of the drone group will increase by 3 times, helping to break through the minute level of real-life 3D modeling efficiency, and providing a powerful computing power base for industrial scenarios such as smart cities and power inspections.
